General

  • You must be over 18 years old or with an adult to place an order
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our own discretion.
  • By submitting your order, you are making an contract to purchase
  • The contract formed shall be under the jurisdiction of the State of California, USA
  • By submitting your order you agree to store terms and conditions

Dispatch time

Although we try our best to fulfill all order on the day they are filled our dispatched time can be up to 2 days.

We processed the orders from oldest to newest.

Using an express shipping method do not change this, it will only speed up the postal delivery time.

If you need an order urgently you can use the "request a quote" shipping method and indicate so in your order note.

Dealing with errors

Errors will (and have) happened. We will make everything possible to address them. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

Please check your order when it arrives. Ensure that the part count is correct and that the items are in the condition described.

Availability

Occasionally the amount of parts listed will be incorrect and we will not be able to provide all the parts requested.

When this happen we will offer you some remedies:

  • Refund the missing parts 
  • Refund the lot
  • Cancel the order
  • Any other creative solution you can suggest that we can agree upon.

Sealed Set

Sealed sets, very occasionally have some missing or damaged part. We can not accept liability for this.

Sealed sets, sent Internationally, may be opened and inspected by customs. We can not accept liability for this.

Part with variations

We do not by default differentiate between the different variations of the same part.

If you want a specific variant the best way is to ask ahead of time that the listing is matching the exact variant.

Combining orders

You can add parts to an existing order by combining them at checkout.

This can be done until the original order is in the "processed" state.

Returns

We do not accept returns due to the labor intensive work associated with and the fact that we would not be able to relist the part in the original condition.

International Shipping

For international shipping, we will fill all the custom forms honestly and will not mark items as gift. The package value listed will be the exact price of the order minus shipping.

The shipping cost do not include any Customs tax and/or duty charged as well as any related fees, that might incure in the destination country. This is your responsibility.
